i had a wonderful stay during the christmas party. the staff were incredibly friendly, making the experience much more enjoyable. my previous stay in chester was good, but this visit exceeded my expectations with its modern decor and delicious breakfast options.

My family with children stayed here for one night and loved the close proximity to Chester Commons Park, just a short stroll of about 2 km away, and the delicious options at Christopher's Bistro, only about a 5-minute walk down the road.

Just an appropriate option for a flash stay in Chester with best value for money ratio. The pool and breakfast were great perks after a long journey. Aim for an upper floor if you prefer less noise.

Our family had a great stay after visiting LEGOland, and we couldn't get enough of the breakfast buffet, especially those cinnamon buns! Just a heads up, the hotel only cleans rooms every other day, but it didn’t bother us much. 😊

I loved the hotel's modern decor and the staff's attentive service, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate. The breakfast area was well laid out, allowing for a comfortable dining experience.

The location near Legoland is excellent, making it easy to access various restaurants and shops. Breakfast was delicious, particularly the scramble eggs and pancakes, and there were plenty of options. However, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and the room door required effort to close properly. The lobby was under renovation, which meant limited TV options, but the friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms made up for it.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty decent. Super clean and comfy beds, which was a big plus. The bathroom was nice and modern. However, the door didn’t fit properly, so you had to slam it to close it, and the bathroom door didn’t lock, which was a bit weird. Still, overall a solid place to crash for a night.

The breakfast offered a great variety with delicious options, especially the cinnamon rolls which were a delightful treat. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with premium bedding that ensured a good night's sleep.
